 For two weeks I shared some recipes with you. they are just “homemade” from aperitif to dessert. I hope you enjoy making and eating them with family and friends.

Yes, I like this kind of quick recipes to make, because I am leasy in the kitchen. By the way I have buy the filo pasta to make rikakat ! I’m glad to see that you propose accessible recipes.

By the way, I did not take the time to write to you because these times I am very busy preparing the exams, but I did! I made the Rikakat last week, with the cheese I had at home: goat cheese, with very thin cut celery leaves and it was very tasty, very crispy indeed even if I use the oven! I agree, I had never tried but filo is very easy to use for many recipes. I also made a sweet recipe with apple and cinnamon, a kind of pie but just with filo like an appfle strudle!
