Cheese Soufflé (Emmental)  by Nelly

This recipe is more difficult than it seems.  

 

Ingredients  

 

 Grated cheese    (150g)

sachet of flaked mash potatoes  ( 2 sachets )

Milk ( 1 L )

Eggs ( 4 )

liquid cream  ( 33 cl )   

 

Preparation steps

 

For this recipe, heat the milk for 8 minutes in the microwave.  

 

Add the sachets of flaked mash potatoes. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture  . Break the eyes by separating the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Pour the yolk into the mixture. Then delicately incorporate the egg whites, being careful not to break them.  Bake it for 45 minutes at thermostat 180°
