Traditional recipes from here and elsewhere. My dishes are diverse, I like to spend hours behind the stove, to prepare my meals for the week but also to receive my friends for a good friendly meal. My dishes can be Ardèche, Italian, Japanese... they can be traditional, or reworked (a little in my own way). For me cooking is an art like painting, photography, drawing and even poetry. You will find, I hope, everything you need to become a non-starred "chef", of course, but who will manage to thrill the taste buds of his family and those around him. Enjoy your food to all!
